Hi there! My name is Valerie and I am 22 years old. This is my journey to lose 100+ pounds by the time I graduate college in June 2013. I tried losing weight during Summer 2011, and it worked, but it didn't stick once I went back to school. This is now the time to build a better, healthier, and happier me :)
